Australian Festival Guide 2025.

Please read the below information carefully.

General Guidelines: During your stay you are requested to please refrain from smoking (incl. electronic cigarettes), taking intoxicants and drinking alcohol in the building and on the grounds. No fire or naked flames (including incense and candles) are permitted. Please also do not play music.

Volunteering: This event is run by volunteers. If you would like to help please see the volunteer opportunities at registration.

Water Usage: Please try to limit water usage and keep your showers short.

Emergencies: In case of an emergency the bell will ring steadily and continuously. If this happens please assemble directly in the main car park.

Temple Etiquette: Please arrive to the sessions ten minutes early. Please do not bring any food or drinks into the temple, bottled water is ok. Please check your mobile phones are switched off or on silent before each session. Please do not film or take any photos inside the temple during the sessions.

First Aid / Night-emergency Tent: We have a first-aider on site at all times. During the day, please go to registration or world peace cafe if you need assistance. During the evening, If you need assistance please call 0455205589.

Family Area: A video link is in the Family Area for those with children to access all the sessions. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

Tharpa Shop, Gift Shop & Tsog Shop: Please see the map for the locations of the three different shops. Shop opening times will be visible at each location.

World Peace Cafe, BBQ and Smoothie Bar: At the World Peace Cafe you will find barista made coffee, tea and lovely cakes. Outside the cafe there are freshly made breakfast rolls and healthy fruit smoothies each day. Opening times are visible at each location.

If you are staying in a room please strip your bed and put the sheets in the baskets provided.
